With acts like Lyra Pramuk, Moin, TOCCORORO, Lucia Kagramanyan, and TETO PRETO (to name just a few), the former industrial kitchen was transformed into a dance floor and audiovisual spectacle.
„Hello, can you hear me?
Can you hear me?
You don’t know me
But I know you
I sure as fuck know you“
(Lyrics excerpt from the song Melon by Moin)
Moin is a trio from London, comprising Joe Andrews, Tom Halstead, and Valentina Magaletti, known for their distinctive blend of experimental electronics, post-hardcore, and hypnotic rhythms. Their live set gradually escalated into sonic ecstasy: even louder, even denser, and even more intense. I lost myself completely in the moment – dancing, staring, and feeling – and didn’t even notice that a familiar face had been standing right behind me for longer.

Right after that, Bobby Beethoven b2b Salt Server on the “bottom” floor and Teto Preto on the “top” floor. I had FOMO because I couldn’t be everywhere at once. Bobby Beethoven has been breaking down classic DJ sets for over ten years to redefine the dancefloor – and you can hear and feel it.
At the same time, Teto Preto were going at it upstairs: Their music is a wild mix of electronic punk, jazz, techno, house, and darkwave, with driving beats, complex percussion rhythms, and melodies that are instantly catchy. Mega danceable, totally intoxicating. I didn’t know both before – now I’m a fan.
The party has kicked into high gear, and the line-up? A perfect mix of quality and variety that goes far beyond the usual sound. The evening: exuberant, intense, full of energy – little light, but all the more deep bass. HYPERREALITY clearly shows how bold and exciting electronic music can be in Vienna.
